These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, software, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by InSource Apps ("InSource Apps," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

You must read and accept these Terms of Service to use our product. By purchasing, installing, activating, or otherwise using our software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services. Instead, you may simply cancel your license/access with us and request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

1. Who We Are

InSource Apps is a software company that designs and builds AI-powered software solutions, including automation tools, custom applications, and data analysis products, for businesses and individuals.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Some parts of our Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software, except where permitted by law.
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks.
Use our AI software solutions to generate or distribute harmful, unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without our prior written consent.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.

5. AI Software and Automated Outputs

Our Services may include artificial intelligence and automation features that generate content, recommendations, insights, or outputs ("AI Outputs"). AI Outputs are generated using automated systems and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any AI Output before relying on it or acting upon it. InSource Apps does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI Output.

6. Fees, Billing, and Payments

Certain features of our Services may require payment of fees. All fees are quoted and billed in accordance with the pricing and billing terms presented to you at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content associated with our Services are owned by InSource Apps or our licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party tools, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services, and your use of such third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. No Financial or Investment Services

InSource Apps is a software company. We do not provide financial, investment, trading, or advisory services of any kind, and our Services should never be interpreted as such. Our software is not designed or built to perform, manage, guarantee, or advise on any financial activity, including investing, trading, lending, or money management. Accordingly, InSource Apps is not responsible for any financial losses, damages, or negative outcomes that may arise from your use of, or reliance on, our Services. 10. Lifetime Access Plans

Where a plan, license, or offer is described as "Lifetime Access" or "Lifetime," this term refers to the operational life of the specific software product, not the lifetime of the individual user or purchaser. A Lifetime Access plan entitles you to continued access to that product for as long as InSource Apps continues to develop, support, and operate it. Lifetime Access does not guarantee access indefinitely or beyond the point at which InSource Apps discontinues, retires, or is no longer able to support the applicable software, and it is not tied to, or affected by, the purchaser's own lifespan.

11. Support and Software Updates

Unless otherwise expressly stated on the applicable product sales page, the following terms apply to all software and digital products offered by InSource Apps:

Customer Support: All software purchases include 6 months of active customer support from the date of purchase.
Priority Support: After the initial 6-month support period expires, priority support will no longer be provided. Any support offered after this period is entirely at InSource Apps' discretion and may require the purchase of a separate support plan, if available.
Software Updates: Customers will receive free software updates for up to 1 year from the original purchase date.
No Lifetime Support or Updates: None of our software or products include lifetime support or lifetime software updates, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the applicable product sales page.
End of Update Period: After the 1-year software update period has expired, InSource Apps is under no obligation to provide additional updates, bug fixes, compatibility updates, security patches, feature enhancements, or technical support.
Software Compatibility: As third-party operating systems, web browsers, hosting environments, APIs, programming languages, and other technologies evolve over time, InSource Apps does not guarantee that any software will remain compatible indefinitely.
Limitation of Responsibility: After the expiration of the 1-year update period, InSource Apps shall not be responsible or liable for any software bugs, errors, compatibility issues, security vulnerabilities, performance issues, or failures resulting from changes to third-party services, hosting environments, operating systems, web browsers, or other technologies. Continued use of the software after the support and update period is at the customer's own risk.
Extended Support: InSource Apps may, at its sole discretion, offer extended support or update plans for certain products. Such plans, if available, will be governed by their own terms and pricing.

12. Fair Use Policy

Our Unlimited plans are subject to a Fair Use Policy. To protect our AI infrastructure from abuse and ensure stable, secure, and reliable service for all users, we apply reasonable daily usage limits across our platform.

These limits may vary depending on system demand, API provider restrictions, and the AI models being used. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice to maintain the performance, security, and availability of our services.

Any attempt to abuse, automate, or circumvent these limits may result in temporary suspension, restriction, or termination of your account without refund.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InSource Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or financial losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InSource Apps and our respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

16. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm InSource Apps, other users, or third parties.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
